New Driver Circuit Product Release - BE1511
Product Introduction
BE1511 is a circuit designed specifically for IR-CUT control, mainly used to switch infrared filters. The chip includes a microcontroller circuit and a bidirectional H-bridge driver circuit, which can provide both single wire control and dual wire control modes simultaneously. The driver circuit only requires a 0.75V voltage drop internally at a driving capacity of 300mA.
Preparation process
The driver circuit chip adopts pure CMOS process technology, with higher chip integration and extremely low power consumption.
