According to the person in charge of the Beijing Economic Development Zone Land Reserve and Construction Service Center, the total construction area of the project is 105524 square meters, and four teaching and research buildings with 11 floors above ground and 3 floors underground will be built. Efficient teaching and experimental units, open public discussion areas, healthy shared living spaces, as well as corridors, sunken courtyards, landscape terraces, and nearly 600 motor vehicle parking spaces, fully meet the needs of teaching, research, and living functions. After the completion of the project, it can meet the needs of 2000 people for simultaneous on campus training.

The project will start construction in June 2023 and is expected to be put into use in September 2025. By creating an "efficient, open, healthy, and shared" park environment, it aims to promote production through education and assist production through production.
