Born has established production bases in Henan and Hubei, and Henan has passed the IATF16949 certification, possessing production qualifications for automotive-grade and downward compatible products.
The purification plant covers a total area of over 12,000 square meters, with well-equipped packaging, testing, and reliability testing equipment, capable of producing and inspecting 600 million units per month. Facilities include a lightning surge laboratory, ESD immunity testing laboratory, physical analysis laboratory, chemical analysis laboratory, automotive electronics EMC testing laboratory, reliability laboratory, weather resistance laboratory, and functional testing area.
Software aspect
The company has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system certification.
